Frequently Asked Questions
Booking

We have a “pay what you can” policy with three ticket price options.
We also have options to purchase multi visit passes.
They are purchased on the booking site and are applied by the booker at checkout, so a family of four could use four of their 25 tickets in one swim etc.
-
Unfortunately we are unable to offer transfers or refunds.
-

Visiting the Pool
-
You can watch your child swim while they are swimming and you don’t need a ticket.
-
A responsible adult 16+ may bring 2 children under the age of 8 into the pool, with any under 4s wearing an attached buoyancy aid. The adult must be in the water with the children at all times. Where under 4s are not wearing an attached buoyancy aid, the ratio is 1:1 because the shallow end is 0.7 metres (2’4”) deep.
-
Our changing rooms with individual and family cubicles, and toilets, are open.
-
Yes. We have a small cafe on site, run by volunteers.

The pool is divided lengthwise with a rope.

All children under 8 need to be accompanied in the pool by a responsible person aged 16 or older. (Please see the FAQ “What are the rules on supervising children?” above.)
